PowerPro and Standalone Utilities

Besides providing command launching capability, PowerPro can replace standalone utilities. For example:

• Access a menu of desktop icons using the Folder Contents Menu command.
• Create internet session timers with timers, timer logs, and modem control.
• Access the Start Menu from anywhere on the desktop with the builtin Start Menu command or Folder Contents Menu with start menu as parameter.
• Start a screen saver by placing mouse at screen corner through screen corner commands and screen saver built-in commands.
• Quick windows exit from a button, tray icon, hot key or screen corner with built-in windows exit commands.
• Create reminders for specified times with alarms and message box command.
• Hide/Re-show all windows to quickly see your desktop icons using the *Hide/Re-show command
• Create virtual desktops.
• Schedule programs with alarms or timers
• Move the mouse cursor to the default buttons of dialogs
• Hide any window with the builtin Hide Window command
• Copy the menu bar of any window to a popup menu.
• Save and restore desktop icon positions.
• Use middle mouse key to simulate left double click using hot keys.
• Hide and show all desktop icons with the built-in Hide/Show Desk Icons command.
